Today are elections in Colombia. In Cali, everyone is voting for mayor and governor. This sign along Calle 5 says “To live safer, vote well. One vote- you can do it.” At least that’s what I take it to say. On the sidewalk are sheets of paper promoting one of the candidates. Things were pretty quiet today. My friends and I didn’t hike Las Tres Cruces today. I worked on Spanish and then went to see a movie in the afternoon. When I got out, it was raining pretty steady. By the time I got to my house, I was pretty wet.
