Yesterday afernoon, I met several friends, Vanessa, Diana, Viviana, Yamilet and Sandryta, and we took a small bus to el Teatro de Los Cristales for a salsa orchestra concert. There were 13 orchestras scheduled to play. We spent several hours there, soon meeting up with other friends. The dance group, Swing Latino, also performed. They are really good. About 7 p.m., many of us walked to San Antonio for a get together at a house there. We were on the roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the night lights of Cali. It was spectacular. Music was playing and we soon started dancing. I visited with friends and danced a little salsa and bachata, then walked home about 9 p.m.

This couple was dancing to the music of one of the orchestras. People often stood up and danced in the aisle in front of their seats, or concrete slabs as they really are.
