One last photo from the work day in Los Posos. This one shows someone stirring the sancocho. It’s a soup or stew, usually cooked over an open fire outside. It has either fish, beef, pork or chicken, along with potatoes, platanos, vegetables, yucca and seasoning. It’s very good. Ours had beef in it.
